These Terms cover your use of the Marbleretreat website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. Confirming your age on the entry page constitutes a representation that you meet this threshold. Photographic identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where it applies; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless another arrangement has been agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is open solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not accountable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Marbleretreat or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
